UNMATCHED HISTORY
Designed by Living National Treasure Architect, Francisco Manosa in 2002, this home incorporates the best features of design and the latest smart home technology. Built by an Italian yacht racing captain, as an escape from the busy racing and business schedule of asia.
In 1754 Nuestra Senora del Buen Viaje, a Spanish treasure ship loaded with gold, silver, and spices was seeking harbor from a storm. The ship broke apart on the reef just outside the house and to date the treasure has not been recovered. A few miles south, the treasure galleon, Nuestra Senora del Pilar de Saragoza y Santiago met a similar fate with $1.2 billion of gold and silver on board.
Work done at Tasi 16 is currently being exhibited in a variety of galleries. Commission pieces, public speeches, and private parties can be catered to.
